I did come off hte MBT in Cyprus, damaging my leg fairly badly, there was blood everywhere, more so when I was it all down with my water bottle.SA says;

I've not been on a road bike for a long time, must be much faster, because the top speed I get to on the flat on the MBT is about 25-28mph.SA says;
