Spent the last few hours going through my personal papers.

Found that I am paying commercial vehicle insurance by monthly DD that I paid in full when I took it out. Have to claim it all back now.
Found that Some of my properties are under insured.
2 life policies covering the same thing.
I really must keep on top of this stuff

They're buggers these insurance companies. It seems anyone with a bit of life experience can rattle of a list of things one or more insurance companies have done to shaft their customer(s).
