    Morning all
Some high clouds coming in now, but it was CBS earlier. Needed a high-vis on at 05:30 when I went out with the dog.

    Short week ahead.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

      Morning.

      Tuesday apparently.

      Dry.

      Sunny.

      Blue sky.

20.4 deg in here, 20.7 in the kitchen, 18 in the leanto, 13 out the back.

1013 mBar, 29.9 in Hg, 759.8 Torr, 14.69 psi, (up from 1012 last night), 64% RH (Lidl electric).

Meanwhile on the 3rd of April 2020, between 13:31 and 15:06, barrydidit, LM, MrMarkyMark, PhilTheGreek, WTFH, and I popped in.

Back is complaining this morning, dunno why.

Entertainment: Jack Hargreaves Old Country: this one was about a two pony two wheeled Boer cart his father had observed in South Africa during the Boer War, and its subsequent investigation and replication. To cut to the chase, it was designed so the ponies trotted in the grooves left by the oxcarts (not the supersonic one) because a single horse couldn't cope with the unflattened bit in between. A Boer could do 100 miles in a day with one of those. Impressive. I wonder if my great great uncle ever saw one when he was fighting the Boers.

Walk (unabbreviated for the first time in months, towpath) walked, initially in warm sunshine, then, towards the end, it rained, just to reward me for my hubris.

Witched by an oik on a bike who remarked "nice to have it dry". .

Lunch: brunch. Entertainment: Dashcam bollox: S3 E2. The Welsh names thing.

A meeting for gig1 where I will have nothing to contribute. Two hours of billing then back to gig hunting.
