Lunch has been corned beef hash leftovers from last night's tea. Very nice; it seems to be another of those things where the flavours develop well in the fridge overnight

Tea is double duck: duck pancakes with a side of duck spring rolls.

Followed by strawberries, whipped cream, and meringue for afters.
