I remembered I'd stripped the bed this morning, including a mattress flip. It's now been remade, averting an unpleasant surprise at bedtime
And I've switched from the winter dressing gown, with its fleecy lining and hood (which I never put up, but like to have just in case) to one more suitable for springComment

There was a car tonight, but it was a random one with Ant, plucked from a different series to the one they're currently repeating, because they apparently think Bank Holidays require something inexplicable. It was still from the USA though; a Triumph TR-7
And the gold diggers were doing OK.
Then later, a new gold diggers. It looks as if Shane and Russell are leaving the show as Shane has received a very good offer for some of his land and is, I think, about ready for retirement. Shame; they were always good value
And so to bed to read some more of Aubrey's Brief Lives
It's been raining here for much of the evening, and continues to do so
And I'm very impressed with the new MacBook Air so far

Morning denizens
Grey day out, still damp from last night's rain though it isn't raining now - though it'll be back this afternoon. Currently 13°C, 16° anticipated along with the rain, and the barometers are down at 999/1007mBComment
