Walk briskly walked, green ring closed
This included a detour via the pharmacy to pick up a box of lateral flow tests. I still have some left from the last box, but I figured it's worth having spares on hand. This took ages because everything in there happens at a glacial pace. I'm thinking of telling the local paper that I've nominated them for an award for employing so many people with mobility issues, just so they have to explain to some journalist that actually none of their staff have mobility issues, they just choose to move around the shop really, really slowly

Dishwasher has gone bang.
This has led to multiple questions today about:
1. Have I fixed it yet?
2. Have I looked to see if there are any black friday deals on them?
3. Have I phoned a repairman?
Answers:
1. No, but I've done as much RCA as I can when I'm supposed to be working. The issue is that it's not filling with water. Draining OK, but not filling. Could be the inlet filter, the pump or the flood switch.
2. Yes, but the Miele I'd like is out of stock.
3. Yes. The first one has a family emergency, the second one will call back on Monday as he's currently on holiday.
