Walk briskly walked in the Simpsonesque 23°C evening, red and green rings closed

I was thinking of popping up to Sainsbury's but on reflection, I don't really need anything. If I change my mind, I'll pop up tomorrow instead

                Morning denizens

Another grey 17°C start, with a high of 21°C expected and a small risk of sunshine mid-evening; barometers showing 1010/1018mB, so down but not to any meaningful degree - about 1mB IIRC

                  Morning all

Overcast but dry. Feels humid. Currently 18 degrees, forecast high of 24 later. The sun may poke its nose out but it's going to stay cloudy with a low chance of rain all day. The barometer continues to mark the slow decrease in air pressure, now down to 1020 mBar.

I omitted to report last night that bins were trundled before bedtime.

                  Today's Kantar diary fact is:

                    Dreary.

                    Dire.

                    Drizzly.

                    Dreadful.

Me, weeks ago: "We shouldn't really do it that way, it's against GDS guidelines and it also makes the whole thing vastly more complicated."

It was decided we'd do it that way

Them, today: "We shouldn't really do it that way, it's against GDS guidelines. Can you change it to the other way?"

                      Me: (but on mute)
