Did a walk in the cold, dark, damp. It's still raining but it's not very enthusiastic. My waterproof jacket was plenty sufficient.
Cold out but actually quite nice as it meant I didn't get over heated.
Only 1.74 miles done but I did manage a best 1 mile time split of 16m34s and that was on a mildly uphill stretch, walking to the top of Hornton Street.
For some reason it took me 20 minutes to do the .74 section that was all downhill.
E-bike had an 11 mile workout, as my exercise. Got 35mph on the flat in "nutter mode". I wouldn't have been comfortable riding off-road at any speed greater than 15, so understand the legal limits.
