I worked for the Coal Authority for a couple of years and one of the projects I worked on was the digitisation of their historic map collection that underpins that online map service. They have stuff going right back to the early days of mining on cloth maps anything up to 6' x 8' in size, all hand drawn. Genuinely fascinating stuff.
I was just finishing cooking mine, I think: roast gammon, fried egg, pineapple, chips, and beans. Well nice
The pineapple came in the Christmas fruit basket, and has been lurking in the fridge since then waiting for me to get around to roasting the gammon. The rest of it is now in the freezer, ready for future gammon-related incidents
