The zit on my clavicle seems to be resisting the TCP, alcohol and other unguents I'm blessing it with.

Zingy chicken, tomato and lentil soup with a thick crust of multiseed bread for lunch
I'm in another soup/stew crisis at the moment, as there's no room in the freezer for whatever I make with the remains of the shoulder of lamb, and I've got a Big Chicken to roast and no space for whatever's done with the remains of that either
Just have to eat more, I suppose

LM's freezer is full too. HWMBO filled it. Not sure if filled with his cooking or filled with him after he messed up the washing up....Originally posted by NickFitz View PostZingy chicken, tomato and lentil soup with a thick crust of multiseed bread for lunch

Well, he does sometimes.
He does the cooking and I do the clearing up. I like to restore my kitchen after he's used it to a state that looks like he was never there

Got a zero charge Sainsbury's delivery slot for Thursday night, 22:30-23:30. They're usually booked up for nearly a week in advance, but I've learned that a few slots within the next day or two always seem to be released mid-afternoon, and there's usually a late evening one that's free

Recycling taken down to the bin, which led to it being full, so it's been another early trundle this week
I've brought an empty one in, so we'll see if they (or I, come to that) manage to fill it by Thursday night, leading to an unprecedented two-trundle week.Comment
