Lunch: Heinz sandwich spread on Morrisons wholemeal sunflower and spelt bread (it's a week old & still going strong), bramble jelly sandwich, yogurt, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea, two oranges (since there's a surfeit & they're a) very nice and b) getting close to being blueish) juiced.
Rather pleasant all in all, one awaits the signs of dyspepsia with innerest after the events of yesterday's tea.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

Finally got clocks done. Had to add two watches and call logger to long list. Fortunately, the PC and central heating controller do it themselves.
Mind you, knowing correct time hardly matters at the moment.bloggoth
