Their feed said it was closed 15:58 - 16:22, didn't say why. There were a couple of 7700s from pilots who were on fumes.

Frankfurt was recently closed for a couple of hours due to drone activity

Well the diversion protocol was only in place between 1615-1632 so it's possible that was in response to the emergency calls.

Runway break up it seems. Happens occasionally everywhere
