Good day all!

It has been umpteen days since my last confession.

The situation in "Bolton Sur Les Collines" is Cold, Cloudy-ish, with sunny-ish interludes. Early doors was snowy/sleety/windy and cold.

Oh well, mustn't grumble.

Simple

1. I initially bought one to tack fence panels on my closeboard fence,it is much easier to tack them with an air nailer and follow up with the nails and a hammer later.

As I had ~ 100m of fencing to do and knew I wanted an air supply for the workshop I bought it before I had even laid the foundations it lived in the conservatory for months. Semi pro tip get a clothes peg style clamp mine are cheapish Dektron ones and make a template out of thin ply and then hanging closeboard is really quick, you clamp the top by eye then adjust to template, whoosh with a 30mm brad and level up with a level board as required, nail afterwards.


2. I needed a dust extractor for the workshop and the one I wanted came up for £150 as part of a bundle in a garage clearance. I got the extractor + jointer,planer,sander, a leaky compressor and about £500 of exotic wood & bits in one go. I fixed this compressor and as its a small one it lives in the Garage for bike & car tyres.
