Just diced it up and bunged it in the InstantPot™, fried with onion to brown it, then some chopped-up spuds, herbs and pepper and stuff, and a can of beer for flavour. Wet and dreary in Manchester

in fact pretty much start raining as I got inside the outer ring road of Manchester - outside of that is was almost pleasant.

Some old lady called Xena or Zena popped her clogs at 88 and left a lifetime's research into the Knights Templar to the nutjobs.

All in all, a lot of mud.

Tea this evening was more of yesterday's roast beef.

It was nice enough.

Accompanied by The Battle of the Somme outside.

"They" ban jacky jumpers and bangers, so instead we get Chinese fireworks with yields in the kiloton range.

Quite spoiled my enjoyment of my 1.05 pints of Good Glengettie Tea.

I hope the cats are bearing up under the strain.
