    I managed to go swimming.

Lunch is grapes, nuts, dried fruit.

Lunch was scrambled egg and poached tomato on Morrisons seeded toast (not the pumpkin seed one though).

Followed by 1.05 pints of Good Glengettie Tea, freshly brewed.

Just had yet another thingie about Smart Meters come through the letter box.

      It hit the WPB unread.

It's amazing the sense of satisfaction I get from deleting "people you might know" on FB.

It just came up with several dozen, all of whom got deleted.

It usually finds half a dozen at the most, some of whom I really do know but delete anyway.

      Never liked that stuff much.

A GF's pussy power was the only thing that ever made me drink it.

Lunch was Tesco's £3 meal deal. Quite a decent selection on offer: Innocent Smoothie, Chicken and Pasta followed by some Strawberries.

Do I have to give the cost of my bike in groats?

Corned beef rolls (white) for lunch

I can go for ages without corned beef but now and again it really hits the spot
