Shopping achieved without major incident. The hot food counter was out of the chicken thighs I fancied for lunch so I've bought some fresh and am cooking them myselfComment

There were some there on Tuesday, a bit early, and naturally enough there's none there again today.
One can't win.
Been doing some work in the garden, so, naturally enough, the back started complaining within 10 minutes or so.
Checked to see when the large items collection was next available here, and it turns out to be 29th April.
A lot of good that'll be.
I'll have to hire a van.
<hiatus>
Tea/dinner was M&S battered haddock.
It was very nice.
And mushrooms.
I have to have mushrooms too.
I can't remember why.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 12 April 2019, 18:05.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

After much searching through the pile of dvds in the front room, this evening's feature is "Double Jeopardy" with Tommy Lee Jones and Ashley Judd.
Double Jeopardy (1999) - IMDb
It would appear that it was last watched back in 2017, which might explain why it seems rather familiar.
Question is, do I watch it for the next hour and a half or not?
Since it was on, I watched it, in FF through the boring bits.
Now watching another crazy UFO programme on "Blaze".Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 12 April 2019, 21:37.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment
