    Me too.

I just watched someone** shoot a reindeer* standing. off hand, at what looked like 200 yards.

    In Alaska.

Then gut & freeze the meat down.

*or some sort of deer like thing, might have been a caribou I suppose.

**A lady as it transpired when I turned the sound up.

Having read some of the reviews of FF8, there's 66 one star reviews.

I didn't think it was as bad as that, it's not a flipping documentary FFS.

I made it 3 seconds on admin's count.

Competition disappointing this year. Perhaps this should be an awards category.

            Happy New Year all.

The first film of 2019 was A Good Day to Die Hard (2013), rounding off the series, at least for now. Sadly this one, though it's OK as a film, isn't that good as a Die Hard film; it seemed to take itself a little too seriously, which didn't work for me

And then another bit of The West Wing, which at least had the Muppets as guest stars

              Goodnight all

                Morning.

Colder today. 14.8 in the living room, with 10.8 in the laundry room.

                Dry.

NotSoGrey. Which is a definite plus.

There's vague signs of bits of blue in the sky, though Simpsons it certainly ain't.

Happy New Year & all that bollow.

                Is the current epic.

Which, it appears, I've seen before.

Must have recorded it off the tv coz I can't (so far) find a dvd.
I obviously Needed A Bigger Torch coz I found the original dvd last night in a pile of dvds I'd already watched.

Looks very much as if the dementia is creeping on*.

*Also indicated by the 3 copies of "Derailed" that I see before me.

Nice walk up to the lock, back down to town, back up the hill through the memorial gates, wander around the fishpond, then back down the hill, going past where Harla Cottages used to be, back in the day.

Oh, and the sun is shining.

For about 10 minutes the sky was actually blue and almost Simpsons in its blueness.

Oh Dear (tm), I've washed the floor of the outside bog next door.

That must be at least one relative done & dusted.

                  Afternoon denizens

Been grey out, but there's blue sky coming in from the west

It seems, though, that this heralds a distinct drop in temperature over the next few days; as low as -4°C forecast for Thursday night

The shed now contains the recently acquired pcb production facility.

The cat's mode of access is now a foot square hole.

Assuming it's bright enough to figure that out.

Tea is about to be M&S breaded haddock.
