Though it's dark grey outside with not a hint of sun, so not currently a problem.
Next week will prove make or break.

58 bus home through the joys that are Skewen.
Bit of shopping done in Morrisons, though there was some difficulty getting there since the town is infested with some sort of food market.
Not sure why the overamplified music is required.
Tea, aka dinner, was M&S breaded haddock, and the pan stank the house out with the remaining kipper pong.
Followed by a Morrisons individual strawberry jam pudding with custard.
It was all most acceptable.
Shedloads of post for next door and some building oik or other seems to have done something today.

This evening's entertainment hasn't been altogether successful & stress free.
First attempt: "The English Patient", Spanish version: the bluray plays it in the proper aspect ratio (wider than feck), but won't select the English audio.
The play anything dvd plays it ok & selects the English audio but the aspect ratio is 4:fecking3 and there's burned in Spanish subtitles.
Give up.
The English Patient (1996) - IMDb
Pick "Sweeney Todd" off the pile, with Johnny Depp, it's a fecking musical so that lasts even less time.
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007) - IMDb
3rd attempt: "3:10 to Yuma" with Russel Crowe et al.
It's ok, but a bit slow really, not as good as the Glen Ford version.
There's about 40 minutes of it to go and I'm flagging a bit.
Ho very hum.

Tonight's tea has been chicken in red wine sauce with chips and petits pois. Very nice
It's not too chilly here either; about 7°C at the moment, and pretty much staying at that all nightComment
