Ribs and chips for tea
And, having quickly skimmed the introductory section of the Vue.js tutorial, I surprised myself by getting a search page with autocomplete suggestions, coming from the backend I wrote in Django today, working in a few lines of JavaScript
I suppose I ought to figure out how I should have done it now, but it's nice to have something working at the end of the dayComment

Unusually, I had breaded haddock for tea.
It was very nice.
I even managed to remember to cook some of the Morrisons string beans that have decorated the fridge since last week when they were reduced to 5p a packet.
This evening's televisual entertainment was "Goodbye Mr. Chips(1939)" with Robert Donat and Greer Garson.
It was rather affecting in its way.
