Today’s lunch has been roast chicken (it’s a whole chicken breast, though sadly boneless and skinless because “healthy”) with roast spuds and gravy; followed by chocolate mousse

There was also some other vegetable matter cluttering the plate, but this has been relegated to the role of “garnish”

Breakfast earlier was a couple of slices of brown toast and butter; and there was a mid-morning cup of coffee with three custard creams and a bag of Quavers.

So not that different from home in many ways

Saturday night in here turns out to be no more interesting than any other night

I downloaded some Swedish TV crime drama to my iPad earlier, because I have no headphones and that has subtitles. But I’m not sure whether I’ll bother watching it.
