After my triple IM over 2 years ago I lost 1 big toe nail the next day and another 6 over the next few weeks.
One toenail has never recovered.
Now both big toenails are about to drop off again. One for the 3rd time since the event, one for the 4th.Comment

Rack of ribs and chips for tea
I cooked the ribs slowly in a low oven, so they came out with the meat just falling away from the bone at the touch of the fork. ExcellentComment
