Got the shopping done, after a venture somewhere out beyond the Andromeda Nebula to pick up a parcel from the Royal Mail Delivery Office
And the stomach has been reasonably well-behaved - a bit of grumbling now and again, but generally stable

Kitchen cleaned and dishwasher on in preparation for The Wife (tm) coming home.
