I find Virgin Media Business lines a lot faster although their customer service is remarkably bad even in comparison to Virgin Media's consumer service,,,

I have no issues with their customer service for fixing issues.

Though some of their operators are very thick. I asked for an upgrade once and I was told that they had to check I could receive a Virgin Media Service. I kicked off pointing out I was already a fecking customer otherwise I wouldn't be asking for an upgrade....

bloody hell, called landlady's heating insurance, chap turned up an hour later - all fixed!
shocked i am, expect this level of efficiency not i did.
maybe back in blighty's not so bad after all

It's raining and it looks like I will be forced to go outside and buy a job lot of GU10 bulbs. Too many have gone now and it's that or candles.

Go led - I used to go through those GU10's like popcorn

changed to led and not had to replace one in last year
