Just back from a sunny stay at my parents.

Nearly all cooking was done on the BBQ.

Friday was steak night, a 3 man T Bone and a Fillet steak for Mum.

The T bone was started in the Oven and then finished on the BBQ.
I have to say the meat thermometer and rest got both steaks the perfect medium rare.

Saturday morning we cleared out my parents bacon supply, worked carefully at the outset it cooked lovely on the BBQ.

Today was home made burgers.

Watched the previous episode on iPlayer earlier today and the women were lovely. Watched the first episode last week and the guys were lovely.

The civil servant in this episode has an annoying voice.

Tonight's entertainment was the 2nd in the Mechanic series, Mechanic: Resurrection, with Jason Statham, Jessica Alba (sans the barcode), and Tommy Lee Jones.

It was ok.

Had to fast forward through the romantic bit to get to the action quicker.

I see that 5 are showing a prog about the Philpott nutjob in Derby who incinerated 6 of his kids tomorrow at 21:00.
