Having forgotten that it's supposed to be fish on Good Friday, I roasted a duck - M&S have them on at £8 for Easter. Had it with all the trimmings, and very nice it was
I'm getting the hang of the new cooker - in particular, with the finer control it offers compared to the previous "180°C and that's your lot" appliance, I'm achieving some good results in the roast potato departmentComment
