Ah, it's the time of year when I have to renew my resident's parking permit

As I don't park on the road, it's more useful when I'm going to places like shops nearby - for example the chemist is in a health centre whose car park is often full when I stop off there to pick up my prescription while heading somewhere else, but there's always a few residents-only spaces free just outside the entrance
