              Further to this they are now advertising her role as 6 days a week onsite, helpfully states Saturday is a "normal" working day, WTF. (The other halfs contract had double rate for Saturdays)

              Given the nature of some of the shifts, until 11:30PM Saturday night, you would never get to go home at all .

              Given she was the fourth one to have left the role, maybe they aren't doing it quite right
