The joy of having the world's worst laptop at clientco is that everything takes hours.
Got in 45 minutes ago and I have just got all the applications I need to do something quickly..
Would have taken 2 minutes at home on my proper machine.Last edited by eek; 15 November 2016, 08:34.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

ClientCo reconfigured their network cabling in the comms room last night. This has left my machine without a network connection
As I do all my work on a VM, I can't even access my code. And the people who are supposed to fix it aren't sure how until they've studied what their colleagues did last night.
