Also, this year, I have been using the end of a barbeque session to slow cook stuff...nice flavour on low heat for at least a few hours until the heat dissipates completely...Join IPSE -
A friend at ex-ClientCo use to have an Aeropress coffee maker...he reckoned that it was actually better than some of the lower end bean to cup machines...I reckon its all about the beans and the brew time

It made a decent cup earlier, but if you try Googling for info about how best to use it, you find yourself in a world of people so obsessed with coffee that they make the peculiar ravings of the wine buffs look cogentOriginally posted by Alias View PostA friend at ex-ClientCo use to have an Aeropress coffee maker...he reckoned that it was actually better than some of the lower end bean to cup machines...I reckon its all about the beans and the brew time

For some reason - maybe I forgot it was Saturday - I'm making a chicken casserole. I can always go for a Chinese tomorrow, I suppose

Ahem... It's all about the beans. The cheapest machines with the best beans, beats the £10000 machine with supermarket beans/coffee chain beans (which are all stale). See my earlier link for a recommended roaster.Originally posted by Alias View PostA friend at ex-ClientCo use to have an Aeropress coffee maker...he reckoned that it was actually better than some of the lower end bean to cup machines...I reckon its all about the beans and the brew time
I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).Comment
