Sausages needed eating in the next few days, which seems like as good a reason as any to have a sausage cob for dinner

My weight loss has stopped, and possibly even started reversing, due to my having eaten a few proper evening meals this past week. I find that whatever snack I have for lunch, plus another snack in the evening, is as much as I need to eat to keep a fairly steady downwards trajectory. Well, it has been so far.

Oh yes, big time. They work long hours during the week and the salarymen are on call all the time. Weekends you'll have fewer people working in their offices than you would have in London.
