Ah, there was an accident up the road and they had to close it in both directions, which is Not Good given that it's the main road in and out of the city from this direction. Re-opened about ten-to-six, so it'll take a while for things to get back to normal

Morning denizens
Grey start out there, though it seems dry for now
I wonder what delights the drive east will hold today? Yesterday saw two separate instances of vehicles broken down at major junctions, in both cases not in the inside lane.
It was also very busy around the A141, possibly due to all the temporary signage pointing the way to the Cereals Show, which I imagine is to do with arable crops rather than being some hipster pop-up cafe-type-thing from Shoreditch. People in gaiters standing around various displays of stocks and sheaves discussing the merits of different varieties of cultivated grass, one imagines
