Decided to risk it. It's usually deserted along there, but though it's been busy today, things were winding down by now - a few camera crews still wandering round talking to people in soccer shirts, but that's about it. Only took a couple of minutes to get past.

I saw an alsatian wearing an LCFC flag go for a dump on the verge outside a car showroom, so the afternoon wasn't a complete waste
