So, the battery charges up to 12.7 volts within thirty minutes. After fifteen minutes, it's gone down to 12.6. After ninety minutes, down to around 12.45 and, after about three hours, down to around 12.3.
In other words, it picks up a quick surface charge, but doesn't hold it for any period of time. So unless I want to bring it in with me and recharge it every time, and never actually stop anywhere else, I need to get a new oneComment

A dvm isn't a very reliable indicator in oh so many ways.
An AVO 7 is much better, mostly coz it's got a pointer & is low resistance.Comment
