I'm absolutely shattered here. Not only the tail end of a cold but in addition CovBaby spent two hours awake during the night wanting to play. In the end I dropped to sleep on his floor for at least an hour. My back and shoulder keep reminding me of the fact.Comment

When I interviewed for the current gig, the Permie manager said that there is zero scope for contractors to WFH, 6 hours of constant coughing and they are setting me up with remote access

Popped round to the doctor's to find out what was going on with my prescription. The receptionist concluded that the computer had got utterly confused, resulting in it neither sending said prescription to the pharmacy nor issuing it at the surgery for the doctor to sign.
I could have waited for them to sort it out, but I said I'll pop back for it tomorrowComment

Here's a few you might not have used yet:
"Biggest pile of..."
"Steaming great pile of..."
"Three flusher."
"I don't just follow up on your requests, I follow through"
"My work has been compared to this carp and other anagrams"…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment
