*Took ages to find out what the little key icon with a bar through it meant. Apparently, if I've understood correctly, the little key icon loses its bar if the contents are over 55 deg C to stop you scalding yourself.

I've spent many hours perusing ancient b&w photos of my parents & grandparents & possibly great grandparents.

I wouldn't throw them away.

The machine is now making some very sudsy sorts of noises.

There's lots of photos which I'm keeping.

These are mostly scenery pictures. Very few family pics. Realistically, no-one's ever going to look at them.

Well, the meal out with friends was very nice

I had a thing whose name I've forgotten, but which was basically a rogan josh made with a lamb shank rather than diced lamb, along with saffron pilau rice and some kind of spicy potato bits. Excellent, it was

Walked from Bondi to Coogee with a stop along the way in Clovelly for lawn bowls and couple Jugs of Coopers. Sun shining, sky blue... Scotch fillet on BBQ this evening. Missing the grey and cold would be Kafkaesque.
