Morning all.
Washing machine expected sometime this afternoon so I've been shopping this morning instead.
Bought some daffs for ZeitMater, and a little bottle of Asti.
She likes both of those.
I hope.Comment

Just as I was getting the old boy out to have a slash, the batphone rang to inform me that said washing machine is to be delivered at 15:00.
I shall believe this when I see it.
The old machine is duly disconnected and moved out of the way.
The amount of tulipe deposited on the tarp that was underneath it is quite remarkable.
I am now sat in the front room, gazing out of the window at the world going by.
My late aunt used to do this after she got rheumatic fever which affected her heart.
Since it happened in the 1940s, nothing much could be done about it.Comment
