            Chicken casserole from the other day - last year, even - for dinner

            And before that, I watched a remastered episode of ST:TNG on Blu-ray. The Last Outpost - S1E5, the first appearance of the Ferengi, and one of the small number of S1 episodes that manages to be even half-way worth watching

            IIRC it's around S3 that it starts getting into its stride.

            The remaster is very good, IMHO. I believe they even re-did all the exterior SFX from scratch.
