Touch of bunkitis this morning. Had my first ever Jaegerbomb last night (following 7 large gins...)

That's a top effort.

Who was it at the CUK do that said that gin was the best thing to drink if you're working the next day? Something to do with not stinking of booze the next day?

Knock at the front door! I went rushing down, but it turned out to be the postman - a letter for flat 2 needed to be signed for

Still, a book I'd forgotten ordering a couple of months ago was also there, so that's something.

Went to the Oliver Conquest with Tarbie and another IPSEite - 100s of gins on offer - will need to go back and try a few more.

Caught a sensible train home, but met some very merry gentlemen in Christmas jumpers, who were alighting at my stop, and persuaded me to pop into the local hostelry for a night cap (another G&T and said Jaegerbomb!)

Am surprised you're even able to type. I'd be fecked if I'd had that much.

Had to endure a dinner with the team I'm working with. My jaw aches from having to plaster on a feigned look of interest in what they were all saying last night.

Only compensation was I picked the restaurant.

I need a recipe for sousvide rack of lamb with some sort of marinade reduction type of sauce.

Staying in NYE so figured I'd do something different.
