            He mother died in Feb. Ambulance service did not carry out basic checks on her. May have contributed to her death but hard to tell.

            The letter is full of contempt and MrsBP wants the ambulance men to pay. Not financially - but to know the damage they have caused. And an admission of liability.

            I can't decide if to post a thread in B&C asking if anyone has sued the ambulance service.

            I am going to speak to my cousin - a consultant surgeon. And MrsBP is looking for a lawyer.
