The deep fat fryer has been cleaned

Got to leave it to finish drying by evaporation for an hour or so. No matter how dry it seems, if I put fresh oil in straight away, it always starts making those pops and bangs indicative of deep-frying water as it warms up

And, even worse, she went to see ZeitMater & ZeitPater.

ZeitMater was even nastier to her today than she was last Saturday.

They've done some cracking processing on it coz it's as sharp as a sharp thing considering it's over 50 years old & converted from 405 lines.
