I have some Le creuset 3 ply aluminium but for one pot the Staub is miles better.
If you want decent non stick pans go for demeyere 5 ply pro line, the le creuset is cr@p, I've had to replace after not long using it.Comment

Not much difference from the Le Creuset but the food stays moist in the pan and doesn't dry out, it also retains the heat and has a better seal.Originally posted by SimonMac View PostI had a look at the staub, might have to see what they feel like in the hand

Teach 'em 8080 assembly languageOriginally posted by zeitghost View PostI've just been extracting some valuable "junk" from the project room to show to the esteemed customers next week:
- Science of Cambridge MK14
- Sinclair Spectrum (later non rubber key version)
- BBC B+ with diskette drive.
- Dragon 32 (with original polystyrene tray)
- Apple IIe with twin diskette drives (weird Woz format version)
- PC AT 286 pcb
- PC Pentium 1 pcb

In fact, aren't there still Z80-based microcontrollers in wide use out there?Comment
