At the stage in project where I'm waiting on other people to do stuff.
Project is a bit of a mare in the fact that the manager of the team I'm in has no clue as to the impact this project really has and expects people to down tools and work on the project.
I've tried to explain the concepts of requirements gathering, analysis and resource allocation but it aint going in. Also the fact that they seem to think that they pick a deadline out of the air and magically things will happen by then.
Hmmm, anyone got a magic wand they want to sell?
Apart from that its money, not a long trek into clientco.
