Eye test done. Apparently I've got the early signs of cataracts developing in both eyes, though he reckoned they're unlikely to become an issue before I'm in my 80s
Other than that, he said my prescription has changed so little that it isn't worth replacing my current specs unless I really want to. This spared me the hard sell, and I can now go and get new ones made at the lab down the road when I feel like it, thereby saving loads of money
