Roast chicken on for dinner. As always, the meal will end up being ready about an hour after I'd originally intended, due to me dithering, having to pop over to the shop for stuff, etc.

Well, the roast chicken was amazingly good

One of those corn fed Norfolk Blacks from Sainsbury's. I stuffed an onion up its jacksy before popping it in the oven, which undoubtedly improves the already very good flavour.
