          Second day of planning tomorrow. This afternoon's attempt to decide what needed to go into the Minimum Viable Product was brought to a halt when it was realised that as we had no idea of who (or what) the "customer" is, it was impossible to say

          I remember thinking at one point that the whole business was like a particularly uninspired attempt to act out that idea of software growing to resemble the structure of the corporation that produced it.

                  The main reason it's a bit chaotic at the moment is that the decision to move to The Cloud came rather out of the blue - things are moving a bit faster than anybody expected, and the corollary is that some things are getting broken

                  It'll all be sorted out soon enough. I'm just hoping there's some interesting bits of relevance to Plan A along the way
