Grabbed a pain au chocolat on the way in this morning for breakfast along with a coffee.

booked a short break in france last night for the summer hols.
Driving down, parking up and sampling the booze. The eldest will be doing all the chat as its her chosen language. I'm a little worried she might stitch us up at meal time and order some ropey stuff

Listening to a conference call (second hand) where I appear to be getting a pile of work to do as they don't have a clue what they are doing.

Annoyingly I rejected an escape route on Monday and the plan A (escape to consultancy for stupid money) is a few weeks away.

Only 2 weeks at current clientco, then I have a day off and then off to next clientco.

I'll be living away for a couple of weeks but after that its WFH full time apart from meetings.

I'll need to buy a couple new monitors and a monitor stand. Plus I'll have to re-arrange the office a bit better.
