WFH this morning, then off to the horspital with mother for a pre-op this afternoon. Then I really should try and do a longer run - I foolishly on the spur of the moment signed up for a 10K on Sunday.

How's the knee/back/any other bit that no longer works properly?

Back was a tad sore in one spot after the drive in today, but the walk from the car park pretty much sorted that out. Knee is much improved but still strapped up, and I took an ibuprofen just to be on the safe side. With those precautions in place, it's standing up to things well, though I still have to limp. Doctor tomorrow afternoon, so we'll see what the verdict is
