Sunny and windy here.
Steak for dinner which will be an early one as I have to scoot off around 7ish.
Steak is sous viding, won't be bqqing just a quick flash in a hot pan, with butter. Serving it with cauliflower cheese.
Apple and pear crumble with vla (aka cloggy custard type stuff)Comment

Sunny and windy here too. And I'll also be having steak for dinner, except I won't be sous viding it.Originally posted by norrahe View PostSunny and windy here.

Roast chicken for dinner on account of it being all that was available in Tesco express, and me having made an early start on the vino preventing venturing further afield.Comment
