Just remembered: the HR department at ClientCorp emailed everybody today. Apparently the permies are supposed to record their "objectives" on HR's system every year.

WTF is all that about?

I'd be well stuffed if anybody expected me to do that. I don't have objectives for next Tuesday, never mind next year

I do.

It generally involves heavy weapons of some sort.

Wasn't really listening to be honest. Some vicar saying Jesus had a great sense of humour, from what I remember.

I was more concerned with the erratic and unpredictable behaviour of a couple of white vans
