The Doc says I have a hiatus hernia, which is why the only meat I've been able to eat lately is minced.
My digestion can no longer cope with the food at the esteemed establishments they frequent, nor the times they frequent them (I can't eat after 7.30 and expect to sleep that night...)

Well if you came to the cloggers one, we'd all have to eat early any way. The cloggies usually have dinner about 6pm

No, but it's lifestyle inhibiting. I was under the impression that a repair operation was fairly straightforward - so don't "just live with it" if the lifestyle changes don't help.
Operations impact my scuba diving (basically banned once performed), so I'm trying to manage rather than fix.
